Our Story
Welcome to the official page of the Magnolia Acres Community Association website! Established in 2015, our vibrant neighborhood comprises 101 homes nestled within a warm and close-knit community in West Charlotte that belongs in Mecklenburg County. From our humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a place that reflects unity, shared values, and a commitment to making our neighborhood the best it can be.
Our Mission
At Magnolia Acres Community Association, our mission is twofold: to preserve the value of our homes and to create a safe and welcoming environment for all residents. We believe that a thriving community is built on the foundation of its residents’ happiness, security, and mutual respect. By working together, we can enhance our property values and make our neighborhood a place where families and individuals can truly flourish.
